Excelinwork is operated by Ankush Agrawal in India. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you visit the Excelinwork website or use an Excelinwork service.
LabelLedger is a planned business invoice and inventory application operated by Excelinwork. If enabled, the WhatsApp workflow described here will use a Meta app configured for Excelinwork’s LabelLedger service. The app’s actual name and status will be stated here after verification.
LabelLedger is under development. It is not available for general use unless Excelinwork has separately onboarded your business and confirmed that the service is active for you. This policy will be updated before the service begins processing production information.
Website information
The enquiry form collects your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, role, preferred timeline, service interest and enquiry contents. The form sends this information to FormSubmit for delivery to Excelinwork. The website embeds a Google Map, which connects to Google when loaded and may process technical information under Google’s policies. The website host may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Information the planned LabelLedger service may process
If your business is onboarded after launch, an authorized user may send a sales-invoice image or PDF to the WhatsApp number configured for that business workflow. Depending on the connection mode and features enabled, the service may process:
- The sender’s WhatsApp phone number or identifier.
- WhatsApp message identifiers, message content, timestamps, delivery information, and related technical metadata.
- Invoice images or PDFs submitted by the sender.
- Information visible in the invoice, which may include supplier or customer names, addresses, phone numbers, tax identifiers such as GSTIN, invoice numbers, dates, product descriptions, quantities, prices, taxes, and totals.
- OCR-extracted invoice fields, line items, confidence or review indicators, and corrections made by authorized users.
- Product catalogue, SKU aliases, units, stock-in records, stock adjustments, stock balances, and stock ledger entries, if those inventory features are enabled.
- Account, organization, staff role, permission, support, and audit information required for an enabled business dashboard.
How information may be used
Information may be used to:
- Respond to website enquiries and support requests.
- Route a WhatsApp submission to the correct onboarded business workflow.
- Extract invoice information and display it for confirmation or review, if enabled.
- Maintain business accounts, role-based access, and operational records, if enabled.
- Maintain inventory records and post stock movements only after the configured review or approval step, if enabled.
- Detect duplicate message deliveries and prevent duplicate invoice or stock processing.
- Troubleshoot errors, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
OCR limitations
OCR may omit, misread, or incorrectly interpret information. An authorized person must compare extracted information with the original invoice before relying on it. OCR output does not independently establish that an invoice is genuine, that goods were delivered, or that a payment reached a bank account.
WhatsApp connection modes
The planned service may support a provider-controlled WhatsApp number that routes approved senders to a business tenant. A tenant-owned WhatsApp number may be supported in the future where the feature is implemented and the relevant Meta onboarding and permissions are available. A connection does not guarantee Meta approval. The service must not mix one business’s messages, records, credentials, or files with another business’s.
Who decides how business information is used
For information submitted by a business’s staff, the business generally decides why that information is submitted and how its business records are used. Excelinwork may process the information to provide an enabled service and support the business. The final service agreement and actual workflow determine the responsibilities of each party.
Service providers and sharing
To operate an enabled service, information may be processed by Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and by hosting, database, OCR, file-storage, email, or other service providers actually used by Excelinwork. The providers and data locations depend on the final deployment. This policy must be updated with the actual providers before production information is processed.
Retention
Information is retained only as needed for the service purpose, the applicable business arrangement, or legal requirements. Retention periods for invoices, extracted data, WhatsApp metadata, audit records, logs, and backups depend on the final service configuration. Excelinwork will publish or communicate the applicable retention approach before the service is launched. Some records may be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
Security
Excelinwork will use safeguards appropriate to the services it operates. The safeguards in place depend on the deployed application and hosting configuration. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Requests and contact
For questions or requests about information handled by Excelinwork, email contact@excelinwork.com. For information submitted through a business workflow, you may also contact that business’s administrator. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity or authority. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary invoice copies.
Children
The website and planned LabelLedger business service are intended for business users and are not designed for children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or services change. The latest version and its update date will be shown on this page.
