These Terms apply to the Excelinwork website. LabelLedger, the planned WhatsApp invoice and inventory service, is under development and is not available for general use unless Excelinwork has separately onboarded your business and confirmed access.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful material.
Access to LabelLedger
Access to LabelLedger, when offered, is limited to businesses and users authorized by Excelinwork and the relevant business. Features, access, fees, support, and service conditions will be agreed separately before a business uses the service.
Authority to submit information
If you use an enabled business workflow, you must be authorized to submit the relevant WhatsApp message or invoice. Do not submit documents that you have no right or business reason to share.
OCR and human review
OCR results may be incomplete or incorrect. Authorized users must review extracted information against the source document before using it for business, accounting, tax, inventory, or payment decisions. The service does not independently verify invoice authenticity, delivery of goods, or receipt of payment.
Inventory and stock
Where inventory features are enabled, stock movements follow the business’s configured workflow. The planned design requires review or approval before an invoice posts a stock movement.
WhatsApp and other providers
Use of WhatsApp is subject to the applicable WhatsApp terms and policies. Availability may depend on Meta and other service providers. Excelinwork does not control third-party services or guarantee approval, uninterrupted availability, or a particular delivery time.
Accounts and acceptable use
If accounts are provided, users must protect their credentials, use only their authorized access, and report suspected unauthorized access to contact@excelinwork.com. Users must not bypass role or tenant restrictions, upload malicious files, or use the service unlawfully.
Ownership
Excelinwork retains rights in its website, product software, and service materials. Users and their businesses retain their rights in documents and business information they submit. These Terms do not transfer ownership of a submitted invoice or business record to Excelinwork.
Availability and changes
The website or a future service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Any specific service commitments will be stated in a separate written agreement.
